Thus Fell Silent Zarathustra
In the future tongues shall spew forth,
ignoble soliloquies dedicated to vile self-worship,
preaching a new age of half-hearted wonderments.
Piracy shall be praised as originality,
and dung smeared canvases, the new Picassos bred by deformed Warhols and mutilated Basquiats, shall be hailed the greatest of works!
—Let us read from the New Scriptures these hallowed commandments!
1. Thou shalt not know empathy; let thy brother exsanguinate in the gutters, there is only you!
2. Thou shalt not seek new knowledge; let your mind seal up as a tomb to hold within the corpses of your thoughts.
3. Thou shalt revolt against liberty; cede your divine rights to the police state! Do your duty! Question not!
A thousand hearts shall stir amongst the babes of Baal, and murmur in delighted unison,
Praise these new truths,
Bless this new world, rejoice! Rejoice!
